North Charleston, South Carolina – Steinberg Law Firm has named Clark K. Supley as Chief Operating Officer, adding an experienced legal operations leader at a time when the firm continues to grow its presence across the Lowcountry and throughout South Carolina.
Mr. Supley, who will be based in the firm’s Summerville office, brings more than 36 years of experience in business administration, marketing, advertising, consulting, and organizational leadership. His background includes more than 24 years in management with a multi-practice plaintiffs’ firm focused on personal injury, workers’ compensation, Social Security Disability, mass torts, and employment law.
Before joining Steinberg Law Firm, Mr. Supley spent over two decades with an Upstate New York law firm, where he began as Director of Marketing and Management and later became Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he grew a firm from 17 employees to 150 and from 5 attorneys to 43. Revenue increased from seven figures to eight figures, the firm expanded into New York, Vermont, and Massachusetts, and several new practice areas were added. Over the same period, the firm reported more than $1 billion in settlements for its clients.
At Steinberg Law Firm, Mr. Supley is expected to focus on building systems that support data-driven management while maintaining the firm’s longstanding emphasis on client service. His role includes working with attorneys and senior staff on strategic planning, staffing, technology investments, and operational efficiency across offices in North Charleston, Goose Creek, and Summerville.
