Berks Plastic Surgery and REV Aesthetics have announced a collaboration that gives patients across the greater Harrisburg region access to a full range of cosmetic and aesthetic care, surgical and non-surgical, through a single practice relationship. Board-certified plastic surgeons Brian K. Reedy, MD, and Matthew Hagan, MD, FACS, now hold plastic surgery consultations on-site at REV Aesthetics in Camp Hill.
REV Aesthetics is among the most established medical spas in the greater Harrisburg area, drawing patients from Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle and Harrisburg for non-surgical aesthetic treatments. The collaboration adds surgical consultation to a practice those patients already know, without asking them to start over somewhere unfamiliar.
Berks Plastic Surgery is a leading practice in central Pennsylvania, offering cosmetic and reconstructive surgery since 1992 and has been named a Berks County Living People's Choice Award recipient 17 times. The practice also offers dermatology care and non-surgical aesthetic treatments alongside its surgical services.
Together, the two practices give patients in the Camp Hill, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle and Harrisburg corridor a single point of entry into aesthetic care at any level of intervention, elevating the patient experience. A patient exploring injectables and laser treatments can discuss a surgical option with a board-certified plastic surgeon without a referral to an unfamiliar practice, and a patient weighing surgery can be advised toward a non-surgical treatment when that better fits the goal.

Brian K. Reedy, MD, was recognized among America's Best Plastic Surgeons 2026 in multiple specialties: breast augmentation, liposuction and tummy tuck. A breast and body specialist with more than 25 years of experience, Reedy has also been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and a Newsweek Best Plastic Surgeon from 2021 through 2024. He holds certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society.
Matthew Hagan, MD, FACS, holds dual board certification in general surgery and plastic surgery, along with Fellowship status in the American College of Surgeons. His training covers aesthetic, craniofacial and reconstructive surgery, with particular focus on rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation.
Consultations at REV Aesthetics include a full evaluation, a discussion of the procedure under consideration, an assessment of candidacy, and a surgical plan if appropriate. Because the office includes a full range of aesthetic options under one roof, a patient who would be better served by a non-surgical treatment can learn about those options, as well. Procedures are performed at Berks Plastic Surgery’s private, Medicare Class C-accredited ambulatory surgical suite, which carries the same licensure level as a hospital.
The collaboration between the medical spa and plastic surgery center reflects a broader shift in aesthetic medicine toward coordinated care, as patients increasingly move between non-surgical maintenance and surgical treatment over the course of years rather than choosing one path at the outset.
