Berks Plastic Surgery has announced the addition of Matthew Hagan, MD, FACS, a double board-certified plastic surgeon, to its plastic surgery team at the practice's Wyomissing location. Dr. Hagan is now accepting consultations, joining lead surgeon Brian K. Reedy, MD and a team of dermatology and non-surgical providers.
Dr. Hagan holds certifications from both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society. He completed his training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Illinois Chicago, where he specialized in aesthetic, craniofacial, and reconstructive surgery. He was previously practicing in Idaho.

Dr. Hagan brings particular depth in rhinoplasty, one of the most technically demanding procedures in plastic surgery. His craniofacial training provides a foundation in the complex nasal anatomy and structural considerations that rhinoplasty requires. He also performs a full range of facial, breast, and body contouring procedures.
The addition of Dr. Hagan expands the practice's capacity to serve patients across a broad range of procedures. Berks Plastic Surgery has seen sustained demand for both surgical and nonsurgical services, and the arrival of a second board-certified plastic surgeon allows the practice to accommodate more consultations and reduce wait times. The expanded team also strengthens the practice's ability to offer comprehensive care—from initial consultation through surgery and follow-up—within its accredited Wyomissing facility.

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Dr. Hagan relocated to Wyomissing with his family from Idaho.
